This project consists of restoring renowned architect Peter Dodge’s (Esherick, Homsey, Dodge & Davis) 1973 beach house and updating it for contemporary family living. The home is perfectly situated to take advantage of views. Decks situated on every level look out at ocean views, sand dunes, an endless sandy beach, sunrises and sunsets. Natural materials were carefully chosen to weather well in harsh conditions throughout the year.
