Mixed-use in the Mission.

2455 Harrison Street, located in San Francisco’s Mission District, will be a new mixed-use, four-story structure. The basement, first, and second floor will house laboratories. Five residential units will be housed on the third and fourth floors.

A shared roof deck will provide building users a space for outdoor activities and mingling. Residents will have bicycle parking and storage in the basement. The design draws from the neighborhood's industrial history and its colorful Latinx cultural heritage.
