Victorian House moves through san Francisco streets

On Sunday, February 21st, 2021, San Francisco residents got a chance to witness an event not seen in more than 40 years—a 5,170 square-foot Victorian house being moved through the streets! This move was a milestone in our 635 Fulton and 807 Franklin projects. The Fulton project relocated a 140-year-old Victorian, the Englander House, to a site seven blocks away, where a Victorian-era former mortuary had been moved on-site to make room for the house. The two Victorians will be rehabilitated and converted into 17 residences. At the original site of the Englander House (807 Franklin), we will build a new 48-unit apartment building.
